Fishing Report

Updated 7/29/2008

Great catches out of Saugatuck right now. An early morning bite has brought limit catches of King Salmon (Chinook) and full coolers for many. Along with the king salmon we have also been catching a nice mixed bag of Steelhead and Lake Trout as well.

Recent East winds have pushed a nice batch of cold water close to shore. This has left many fish in thick concentrations and more plentiful than we have seen all summer. Fishing in the 70 to 120 F.O.W. range has been most productive and are being caught on 5 colors all the way down to the bottom.

Blue and Green combinations on spin doctors and flies along with blue green and orange spoons have also been a great contributor to the current fishing.

The fantastic fishing we are having should continue for a while, but don't miss out on the trip of a life time.

Don't pass this chance to catch your limit of fish early, book your charter now!
